Kelly Anderson, the Executive Director of the Dallas-Fort Worth Federal Executive Board (FEB) coordinates shared initiatives between the 178 federal offices and agencies located in the Dallas area, which represents approximately 45,000 Federal employees.
Prior to joining FEB, Jean worked for the U.S. Department of State, Office of Foreign Missions, providing services to over 80 foreign consulates located in the Midwest. In assisting foreign diplomats, Jean drew on her experience serving at the U.S. Embassies in South Korea, Tunisia, and in Washington, DC.

We seek Federal employees to serve details coordinating shared initiatives between Federal agencies in Dallas. As part of the FEB team, details have access to senior leadership and executive level coaching.
Agencies must continue to fund the employee while they are working with the FEB.
Employees must have their agency director’s recommendation.
